We do not use any preservatives in our breads, typically at room temperature 72f. in the original wrapping. Our loaves of bread will stay fresh for 5 to7 days. For longer shelf life, we recommend placing the bread in the fridge and or freezer. You can rewrap the bread with food grade plastic wrap or food grade foil.

Do not leave any bread/pastry items in your cars or direct/indirect sunlight, as that will greatly reduce the shelf life.
