We do not use any preservatives in our breads, typically at room temperature 72f. in the original wrapping. Our loaves of bread will stay fresh for 5 to7 days. For longer shelf life, we recommend placing the bread in the fridge and or freezer. You can rewrap the bread with food grade plastic wrap or food grade foil.
Do not leave any bread/pastry items in your cars or direct/indirect sunlight, as that will greatly reduce the shelf life.

Not at this time, the only gluten free items we make would be our Macaroons and most of our chocolate selection.

Yes we do. However, you must come to our store in person due to the nature of the cakes and you must be 18 years or older to order.
Taro is a root, similar to a potato, although purple in color. Typically grown in Southeast Asia. For our use, it has been slight sweetened and turned into a paste.
